چکیده
Abstract This study aims for producing high-quality true-color red-green-blue (RGB) imagery that is useful interpreting various environmental phenomena, particularly GK2A. Here we deal with an issue general atmospheric correction methods RGB might be breakdown at high solar/viewing zenith angle of GK2A due to erroneous path lengths. Additionally, there another about the green band which centroid wavelength (510 nm) different from natural (555 nm), resulting in unrealistic imagery. To overcome those weakness GK2A, apply second simulation satellite signal solar spectrum radiative transfer model look-up table improved information considering altitude reflective surface reduce exaggerated correction, and a blending technique mixed before after produced naturally expressed image. Consequently, root mean square error decreased by 0.1–0.5 accordance view angles. The was modified combining it veggie form hybrid adjust approximately 550 nm. original composite dark; therefore, brighten imagery, histogram equalization conducted flatten color distribution. High-temporal-resolution AMI have significant potential provide scientists forecasters as tools visualize changing Earth also expected intuitively understand phenomenon public.

Case study of atmospheric correction on CCD data of HJ-1 satellite based on 6S model
In this study, atmospheric radiative transfer model 6S was used to simulate the radioactive transfer process in the surface-atmosphere-sensor. An algorithm based on the look-up table (LUT) founded by 6S model was used to correct(HJ-1)CCD image pixel by pixel. Then, the effect of atmospheric correction on CCD data of HJ-1 satellite was analyzed in terms of the spectral curves and evaluated again...

High spatial resolution QuickBird satellite data have provided new opportunities for remote sensing applications in agriculture. In this study, image-based algorithms for atmospheric correction were evaluated on QuickBird imagery for retrieving surface reflectance (qk) of corn and potato canopies in Minnesota. The algorithms included the dark object subtraction technique (DOS), the cosine appro...

Abstract—In this paper, an edge-strength guided multiscale retinex (EGMSR) approach will be proposed for color image contrast enhancement. In EGMSR, the pixel-dependent weight associated with each pixel in the single scale retinex output image is computed according to the edge strength around this pixel in order to prevent from over-enhancing the noises contained in the smooth dark/bright regio...
